Cancellation Policy

As we are a small resort, late cancellations and no-shows really affect our business, therefore our deposit and cancellation policy is as follows:

​

• We require a reservation deposit equal to the length of your stay that will be charged to your credit card upon booking. 

• Reservations are 75% refundable with more than 7 days notice from the start of your stay.

• There are no refunds for the cancellation of reservations within 7 days of the start of your stay.​

• There are no refunds or adjustments for late arrivals, early departures, weather, emergencies or insufficient notice of rescheduling.

Property Rules

​

​We ask and expect people to be courteous and considerate when staying.

​

• Speed limit anywhere within the RV park is 10mph or less.

• The RV park is NOT a riding area, Electric/Stacyc/dirt bikes, UTV’s, ATV’s etc may only ride within the park as necessary to get to a riding area off site.

• Only one RV per site. 

• Only one vehicle per site, unless extra vehicle fees have been paid.

• DO NOT park or drive off RV sites or roads

• You may only use ONE electrical outlet on the RV pedestal at a time.  50a or 30a or 20a.

• Water in the desert is precious and limited, please do not waste it.

• No Black tank flushing

• RV and or car, bike, vehicle washing on site is not permitted

• You are responsible for your children

• You are responsible for your belongings

• Quiet time is 10:00PM to 7:00AM

• No fireworks

• No paintball, BB, airsoft gun, or any other shooting within the park.

• We ask that you do NOT climb trees, tie pets or hang hammocks, clotheslines, or otherwise cause any damage to our trees.

• Most of the trees around the resort are Cottonwood trees, these can be brittle and limbs can fall, please prevent accidents by not climbing trees or parking under limbs.  Again, Acts of God can happen!

• Offroad RV Resort property is along the Fremont River, while beautiful and serene, the river can also be dangerous as all river waters are!  You are responsible for your own and your family and pets safety near and in the river.

• Finally, cows, wild turkeys, deer, coyotes, beaver, and other desert animals roam the area and may enter the Resort grounds from time to time.  We are part of the last area of the wild west here, so please respect the animals and realize the inherent risks. Offroad RV Resort is not liable for animal acts.

Pet Policy

​

​At Offroad RV Resort pets are always welcome, but must be well behaved.  Any violation of these rules can be subject to eviction with no refund.​

​​

• Pets cannot be left unattended outside.

• Pets are required to be kept inside at night.

• Pets must be leashed while on the property and under control of their owner.

• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. 

• Additional cleanup fee of $50 may apply if pet waste is found at the site upon check out

• Service pets may accompany guests with disabilities

• Please understand that should your pet disturb other guests; the resort will have no other choice but to immediately refuse further accommodation for your pet, cancel your reservation.  NO refund will be available in this case.

Campfire Safety/Rules

​

• Fires only in designated fire pits

• Use only wood on fire. NO trash, NO glass, NO nails

• Pay attention to wind

• be careful with kids and pets

• Never leave a campfire unattended

• Only use water to extinguish the fire. DO NOT use sand. You will incur a $50 cleanout fee if you use sand to extinguish campfire
